The board of directors of the Moroccan agro-industrial group Diana Holding has unanimously appointed Thami Khettam as deputy general manager. The decision was taken during a meeting held on December 16, 2024, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Rita Zniber, President and CEO of the company.

Thami Khettam, previously the group's general secretary, is set to play a key role in the implementation of Diana Holding's strategic priorities. According to a press release from the group, he will work closely with the CEO, with a rich background and solid expertise in the sector. This appointment marks an important step in strengthening the group's leadership in the Moroccan and international agro-industrial market.

At the same time, the Board of Directors of Diana Holding welcomed two new independent directors last June: Yasmina Triki and Kawtar Johrati. These appointments demonstrate the group's commitment to inclusive and forward-looking governance. Their arrival aims to enrich the work of the Board and support the growth and diversification ambitions of Diana Holding.

The presence of these independent directors also illustrates the attention paid by Diana Holding to strengthened governance, aligned with international best practices.

These recent developments within the Board of Directors reflect Diana Holding's desire to consolidate its positioning in a rapidly changing sector. Under the presidency of Mrs. Rita Zniber, the group puts forward a strategy based on innovation, sustainability and operational excellence.

With Thami Khettam as deputy general manager, accompanied by new female voices within its board, Diana Holding displays a clear ambition: to continue to play a leading role in the development of the Moroccan agro-industrial sector.
