After a stop in Rabat, the EMSI Business Forum stopped in Casablanca to bring together students, young graduates and partner companies around the theme “Horizon 2030: professions and skills facing technological and environmental challenges”. Back to the highlights.

Imagined as a strategic platform promoting exchange between talents trained by EMSI and recruiters, the EMSI Forum aims to highlight the challenges of the job market as well as its opportunities. Moreover, the signing of several strategic partnerships with companies recognized on the market with the EMSI Group will increase the chances of young winners of seizing them. The opportunities are real in the field of engineering and the projects launched as part of Morocco’s development plan largely confirm this. And it is in this context that the interactive spaces encouraged constructive exchanges between recruiters and candidates, while highlighting the numerous internship and job opportunities offered. Concretely, the organization of recruitment sessions during this day allowed many candidates to have interviews with recruiters representing different sectors. The skills of EMSI talents were valued. And meeting the immediate needs of companies is the main challenge because the vision of the Employer Brand is starting to be taken into account by companies who wish to retain their staff to increase the company’s performance.
And to create debate on one of the most popular topics today, top management has chosen the theme “Horizon 2030: professions and skills facing technological and environmental challenges”. Reflection was thus launched between experts and professionals to discuss transformations in the job market and the strategic skills necessary to meet the country’s current challenges.
As a reminder, the first stage of this 10th edition, held in Rabat on November 21, 2024, welcomed more than 4,200 visitors and 80 companies representing various sectors. 7 strategic partnerships have been signed with local companies. It’s a fact. The EMSI Entreprises Forum is essential for both candidates and recruiters. In its momentum, the EMSI Business Forum will continue its journey in two other cities, namely Marrakech, on December 21, 2024 and Tangier on January 17, 2025. This proactive approach towards the job market signs EMSI’s commitment to offer young talents concrete gateways to the job market and strengthen synergies with its economic partners. Winners should seize these opportunities without further delay. Because the competition is real.
