- An internal investigation commissioned by Pernod Ricard concluded that senior executives at its Indian subsidiary violated the law by colluding with alcohol retailers in New Delhi, according to a document seen by Reuters.
- Stellantis Chairman John Elkann is considering appointing Luca Maestri, Apple’s outgoing CFO, as CEO of the French-Italian automaker, Corriere della Sera reported on Wednesday. Stellantis which ensures that Tavares’ departure bonuses are “overvalued” in the press.
