• An internal investigation commissioned by Pernod Ricard concluded that senior executives at its Indian subsidiary violated the law by colluding with alcohol retailers in New Delhi, according to a document seen by Reuters.
• Stellantis Chairman John Elkann is considering appointing Luca Maestri, Apple’s outgoing CFO, as CEO of the French-Italian automaker, Corriere della Sera reported on Wednesday. Stellantis which ensures that Tavares’ departure bonuses are “overvalued” in the press.
• Capgemini has completed the acquisition of the American company Syniti.
• Saint-Gobain cancels 5 million treasury shares.
• Veolia issued 500 million euros of 6-year bonds with a coupon of 2.97%.
• Amundi completes the repurchase of 1 million shares intended to neutralize share-based compensation.
