South Shore of Montreal: the Saint-Bruno Ski resort officially sold

The owner of Ski Saint-Bruno, Michel Couture, hands over the torch to two former directors of the mountain located on the South Shore of Montreal.

Patrice Boire and Stéphanie Grenier will be the new owners of the ski resort on the mountain in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, the company announced in a press release on Wednesday. Mr. Boire will be the president and general manager, while Mr.me Grenier will be vice president of sales, development and marketing.

Both gained experience within the company. Mr. Boire first headed the human resources department for 8 years before becoming deputy general manager. For his part, Mme Grenier had already held the position of Director of Sales, Marketing and Guest Experience for 8 years.

This is the first sale since 1988. Michel Couture and his father, Serge, acquired the mountain with two other members of their family.

“Despite many challenges, capricious weather and especially a pandemic, Michel has always done everything possible to offer the community a safe mountain [et] 100% snow-covered,” the company mentioned in the press release.

Ski Saint-Bruno is number 7e The busiest resort in Quebec with around 400,000 visitors each year. The destination still constitutes one of the largest ski schools in Canada.
