Searches took place this Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the fishing port of Lorient Keroman. Particularly at the headquarters of the mixed economy company (SEM) Lorient Keroman. As confirmed to Télégramme, the National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF) of Paris, these searches take place as part of a preliminary investigation opened by the PNF, in April 2024, on charges of illegal taking of interests, embezzlement of funds public, concealment and laundering of these offenses and entrusted to the DTPJ (Territorial Directorate of the Judicial Police) of Rennes in co-referral with the OCLCIFF (Central Office for the Fight against Corruption and financial and tax offenses).
In February 2024, the anti-corruption association Anticor filed a report with the Lorient prosecutor for illegal taking of interest and misappropriation of public funds in the context of the Duqm port project.

Contacted, Olivier Le Nézet, president of SEM Lorient Keroman, confirms that a search took place at the company's headquarters. He specifies that this took place “as part of his participation in the SAS (Simplified joint stock company, Editor’s note) Ker’Oman. The procedure was carried out in complete transparency and as an open book. The SEM remains at the disposal of the investigation services for its instruction,” he added.
