This famous Quebec chef has a strange theory about vegan restaurants

Jean-Philippe Cyr, a chef specializing in vegan food, shared a fascinating hypothesis with his TikTok subscribers.

The Jean-Philippe of Jean-Philippe’s Kitchen took a few moments to explain, a few days ago, the special link that exists between the decoration of a vegan restaurant and the quality of the food that ends up on customers’ plates.

“The warmer the decor in the restaurant, the better the food. That’s a fact, a scientific study that I did, if you like,” tells us the man who has more than 50,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel and 90,000 on Instagram.

After listing the places where he was able to verify his theory all over the world, Jean-Philippe gives the second part of his reflection.

“The more the restaurants are white, sanitized, with a little more refined decor, the less good it is. “It’s weird, isn’t it?” he says.

Honestly, we never made that connection, but now that we think about it, it seems like it’s not entirely wrong.

And you, what do you think?
