Daily microlearning at Moschino

A mobile application to train teams in a more agile way. Moschino is now formalizing its partnership with Yoobic, a micro-learning solution accessible directly from employees’ smartphones, particularly those benefiting from direct contact with customers.

Powered by artificial intelligence, the tool aims to blend into the daily lives of professionals thanks to an interface favoring condensed formats and gamification. “Short videos, images, quizzes and other interactive content make learning stimulating and engaging, even for brief moments between customers”explains the Yoobic team.

Thanks to generative AI, Moschino managers can also quickly create tailor-made micro-learning content and make updates to training courses, in several languages.

The application also intends to nourish brand culture and strengthen links between employees thanks to conversational features – private chat, group conversations, video calls, etc. – supported by a real-time translation solution.

Deployed in some 150 physical Moschino points of sale around the world, the application aims to strengthen retail efficiency in a context weakened, among other things, by changes in artistic direction with the departure of Jeremy Scott in March 2023 then the sudden death of Davide Renne less than three weeks after his appointment. The Aeffe group, owner of Moschino, saw its sales decline by 9% last year and by 13.4% over the first quarter 2024.
