The press release issued this Wednesday by the Council of State is in five lines, the last of which says this: “No further comments will be made.” This epilogue turns out to be very succinct given the political and legal skirmishes that occurred over several years around the remuneration of Marie Da Roxa, director of the Geneva Home Support Institution (Imad). This modesty is explained by an agreement reached, and entered into force after the appeals were withdrawn.
