After 16 years of experience in the sale of individual houses for builders, as well as several years as a real estate agent and associated with a project manager, Capdenac resident Fabrice Clouet decided to embark on a new entrepreneurial adventure. He recently opened his works broker agency, under the Illico Travaux franchise, whose head office is in Capdenac-Gare. “My objective, as a project management assistant and works broker, is to be the single point of contact for my clients, offering them all the guarantees of seriousness and quality of a franchise that has been a market leader since 24 years old,” explains Fabrice Clouet.
Married and father of three children, he has lived in Capdenac for ten years. He appreciates the proximity of shops and the sports and cultural infrastructures available, such as the swimming pool, cinema and stadium. “Capdenac is a town where life is good, with all the necessary amenities for my family and me,” he confides. Originally from the region, Fabrice had spent time in Saint-Louis in third grade before continuing his studies in Villefranche-de-Rouergue. “My local background strengthens my roots and my knowledge of the territory,” he concludes.
