The premises chosen to accommodate this service will be located in the E.Leclerc commercial area, at 995 rue Colbert.
For the moment, the company has not yet taken over the premises but its establishment must be accompanied by a team of diligent technicians as well as a center manager present to ensure the management of the agency. On site, customers will be able to use 123 windshields in the event of an impact or cracks.
Organization of vehicle pick-up “is intended to be standardized across all centers present in France since the creation of the brand in 2020”underlines the repair service. The replacement will take place between 2.5 hours and a full day once the vehicle is immobilized, depending on the presence of an ADAS system (vehicle driving aids). Other broken windows can also be treated by the company, whether the technicians are dealing with the rear window, side windows or even a panoramic roof.
Customers will be able to benefit from an advantageous offer regarding the purchasing power of motorists with glass breakage insurance. With each windshield replacement, they will be able to benefit from a reimbursement of the excess of €150 or “a gift”, as 123 windshield specifies.
