M aPrimeRénov’ will celebrate its 5th anniversary on the 1stis next January. Not quite the age of reason, therefore, even if assistance for the energy renovation of housing has matured considerably since its launch. Initially limited only to occupants of individual houses, it is now aimed at all owners, including landlords and co-owners. Above all, if its name sometimes remains synonymous with dysfunctions – slowness in the processing of files and the release of funds – the National Housing Agency (Anah), which manages the system, ensures that it now enjoys a good reputation. Last summer, a survey carried out among 30,000 households revealed that 87% of MaPrimeRénov’ beneficiaries declared themselves satisfied with it. Better still, 94% of them said they would recommend it to their loved ones.
The advice seems wise: the aid, the amount of which varies depending on the nature of the projects and the level of resources of the beneficiary…
