The Moroccan stock market in the spotlight in London – Today Morocco

Work on the 7th edition of the Morocco Capital Markets Days (MCMD) began on Thursday in London.

More than 120 one-on-one sessions will be scheduled over two days for the 26 listed companies traveling to London to meet investors from all walks of life. This event will indeed see the participation of Nadia Fettah Alaoui, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Nezha Hayat, President of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority, as well as a Moroccan delegation made up of representatives of the Stock Exchange, directors of listed companies and capital market operators.

This edition will be under the direction of Kamal Mokdad and Tarik Senhaji, respectively chairman of the board of directors and general director of the Casablanca Stock Exchange, as well as Hakim Hajoui, Moroccan ambassador to the United Kingdom. As in previous years, MCMD 2024 will see the participation of influential British personalities, including Michael Mainelli, Lord Mayor of London, Bim Afolami, Secretary of State for the Treasury and Minister for the City alongside representatives of the ecosystem financial institution of the United Kingdom. Remember that after the six editions organized since 2016 in the main international financial centers (London, New York and Dubai), the MCMD is now recognized as the unmissable meeting of the Casablanca Stock Exchange, the capital market, investors international and listed Moroccan companies.
