Mezzour spoke at the company’s headquarters with OpenAI’s director of operations, Brad Lightcap, and his team.
The meeting served as an opportunity to discuss the possibilities of cooperation in the fields of research and innovation in Morocco, as well as the means of developing an artificial intelligence system compatible with the specificities of Moroccan society.
In a statement to MAP, the minister indicated that she also mentioned the various projects and programs on which Morocco is working in the field of artificial intelligence and highlighted the potential of brilliant young talents that the Kingdom abounds in the fields of information technologies and professions of the future.
This meeting is part of Ms. Mezzour’s working visit to San Francisco, the beating heart of American technological innovation, which was marked by a series of meetings with leaders of international companies active in the development of startups, and information technologies and artificial intelligence, with the aim of presenting the promising prospects that the destination Morocco offers in these cutting-edge areas.
