The real estate market in Switzerland showed its resilience last year, despite the sharp rise in interest rates. However, there is no shortage of challenges for the sector, participants in the third edition of the Real Estate Forum, organized by The weather and Le Journal de l’Immobilier, and which was held Tuesday evening in Geneva.

The overwhelming majority of Swiss building stock still does not meet the objectives of the Paris Agreement. A gigantic project is underway to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels. Tenants and owners find themselves at the heart of this necessary transformation, often without having realized it.
