Following the publication of decrees launching the frequency allocation procedures in the 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands in Guyana, Guadeloupe, , Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Réunion and Mayotte, and in the 900 MHz band in Guyana, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Mayotte, Arcep invited stakeholders who wished to do so to submit an application file before October 1, 2024, 12 p.m. of ).

Arcep is today publishing the names of the companies whose applications it has received, before proceeding with the examination of the files, then a selection procedure by auction, with a view to an award in the first quarter of 2025.

Arcep will now examine the application files. In this context, it will ensure their compliance with the admissibility and qualification criteria of the procedures. At the end of this investigation, Arcep will publish the list of candidates admitted to participate in the auctions in the 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz bands in Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, in Réunion and Mayotte, and in the 900 MHz band in Guyana, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Mayotte.
