LReal estate prices continued to rise during 2023, but to a lesser extent than the previous year, according to the latest Statbel report.
The prize for the most expensive Region goes to Brussels-Capital Region, and this for all types of housing. Closed or semi-closed type houses cost 495.00 euros and increased by 0.8% compared to last year. Open-style houses cost 932,500 euros and fell by 18.9%, still in comparison with the figures for 2022. The median price of apartments increased to reach 256,500 euros, which represents an increase of 0.8%. .
