The People’s Central recruits at the level of its entity Atlantic Business International (ABI)A Logistics & Shared Platforms Director (M/F):

MISSIONS:

  • As part of pooling, design the annual action plan (PMT & ) in close collaboration with the various internal entities and subsidiaries in the UEMOA zone,
  • Advise the various internal entities and subsidiaries in the UEMOA zone on the following aspects:

Estate Investment Program

Management of non-operating real estate assets

Purchasing and management of general resources

Security of goods and people

  • Supervise the implementation of real estate projects (extension, development or renovation of the agency network, etc.),
  • Supervise the management of the Group’s movable and real estate assets, including non-operating assets (maintenance or renovation work, Management of non-operating real estate assets after transfer of Customer property to the Group, Rental management),
  • Supervise purchasing management (purchasing process, contract execution, administrative purchasing management),
  • Supervise inventory management (Take charge of deliveries, Management of the commissary, Supply according to specifications),
  • Supervise the management of the vehicle fleet (vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, consumption monitoring),
  • Supervise the management of the transport of goods and people,
  • Supervise expenditure control (Compliance with the contract award process, Compliance with procedures and deadlines, etc.),
  • Supervise the management of archives,
  • Supervise the management of the security of goods and people,
  • Ensure the processing of complaints in collaboration with the entities concerned,
  • Ensure compliance with defined norms and standards, and support the entities concerned if necessary,
  • Ensure 1st level internal control of the activities of its Management in accordance with the Group’s rules,
  • Ensure that employees and visitors are made aware of safety and eco-responsible aspects,
  • Supervise the management of relationships with suppliers, service providers, etc.
  • Be the Group’s interface during Audit missions relating to the Logistics & Shared Platforms Department,
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and deadlines,
  • Ensure the transmission of information to ensure business continuity,
  • Participate in meetings of the ABI Steering Committee, and other committees according to the needs of the Group.

Level of studies sought:

  • Bac+5 Engineering or business school
