The Books? People in the flesh
For this purpose and to keep it alive, people who live in the territory, who have foreign origins or have lived abroad, who embody an unusual lifestyle through their background, their professional or personal choices, or belong to a so-called minoritized group, are invited to participate and share their experience.
What is a living library? “It functions like a traditional library. Reader-spectators come to “borrow” books on a subject that interests them. The difference? “Books” are flesh and blood people,” organizers say.
