Ignatius Ganago has reportedly expressed his desire to leave FC Nantes.
Arriving in the summer of 2022 at FC Nantes from OGC Nice, Ignatius Ganago is having a complicated time with the Canaries. Not spared from injuries, the Cameroonian striker, who missed almost all of last season due to a ruptured cruciate ligament in his left knee, has only played 51 matches in all competitions in two and a half years for only 6 goals scored.
Ganago towards a departure from the FCN?
Restricted to a substitute role since the start of the season, having not experienced any tenure, the former Lensois would like to leave the club on the banks of the Erdre, if we are to believe information from the Cameroonian media 237foot. Ignatius Ganago even asked his leaders to facilitate his departure and not to be too greedy. And a first club would be in the ranks of the Nantes striker: Panathinaikos. Estimated at 2 million euros by Transfermarkt, the Cameroonian international could therefore no longer be a FC Nantes player during the second half of the season if his wish is granted.
