The Les Lauréats label launches its literary prize dedicated to LGBT+ romance

Last May, Editions Prisma created their own literary prize label, Les Lauréats. Since its creation, it has already published six first-time novelists.

In order to continue its mission of revealing talents in all literary genres, the Les Lauréats label is launching the first LGBT+ Romance prize in partnership with Neon, a committed and inclusive media, with a community of 500,000 subscribers on social networks .

Anna Mangeotqueer activist, entrepreneur, influencer and author of the book Asexual published by Editions Larousse at the start of the year, chairs the jury for this first edition.

Solène Kate, first winner

Its members distinguished the writer Solène Kate for his novel Girls, Pride & Prejudiceavailable in bookstores from October 10. This relates the adventures of Tiana, an author accustomed to fantasy who begins writing a lesbian romance, although her editor Alicia, for unknown reasons, does not seem convinced.

The situation seems blocked until a combination of circumstances brings the two young women together. “ A love story with heart » according to Anna Mangeot. The winner will receive her prize on October 9.
