This is the initiative that was launched, in 2021, by the City of Dreux to encourage schoolchildren to read and cross the threshold of the only independent bookstore in Dreux, La Rose des vents.
In November, 2,805 schoolchildren received this voucher valid only in the bookstore. This represents a cost of €56,220 for the community.
