alGROWithm, an innovative organization dedicated to talent development, has unveiled its new Growth Talent Accelerator Program (GTAP) 2025, designed to meet the growing demand for skilled growth engineering professionals across Africa. This hands-on program combines workshops, mentoring and real-world applications to prepare African professionals to excel in modern growth strategies.
GTAP 2025 offers two distinct courses:
- GTAP Lite: a fully online program for individuals passionate about data-driven growth strategies.
- GTAP Pro: a hybrid program for companies, including intensive bootcamps, online workshops and support for the implementation of solutions.
The program is open to learners from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Senegal and Zimbabwe, ensuring a pan-African reach.
Since its launch in 2022, GTAP has trained over 100 professionals, transforming teams at companies like TechCabal, Paga and Figorr. In 2024, the program saw over 3,000 applications with a competitive acceptance rate of 3.6%, as well as an exceptional Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9.6.
