The PANs are primarily aimed at people who do not have personal IT tools or who are not very comfortable with the Internet.

Before making an appointment, you are invited to check that you have the login credentials and documents necessary for the process.
Hotline of the PAN of the Northern prefecture : Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The PAN can help you submit your procedure online but it does not ensure its follow-up with the professional services responsible for the instruction. In addition, digital mediators will not be able to provide you with information on the progress of files. The PAN does not ensure any issuance of titles.
