The Loupershouse library is organizing its first book fair on January 12. Created in 2017, it welcomes nearly 200 members. Renée Wilmouth, the library’s representative, has been wanting to organize this show for some time now. His wish will take shape this Sunday in the Loupershouse multipurpose room.
Its N°1 – 40 authors gathered for the first edition of the book fair
More than a fair, for Renée Wilmouth, it is a great book festival.
It’s an event that brings together authors and publishers. Since I am passionate about literature myself, it is to celebrate the diversity and richness of the literary world.
40 auteurs will be present to offer all literary styles.
Youth, thrillers, comics, testimonial books, novels, historical novels, albums for children, poetry, fantasy…
You can find the presentation of all the writers on the Facebook page of the Sarreguemines media library.
Mainly local talents
Mainly local writers like the two sponsors of this edition, the Hambachois writer Yolande Haffner, author of 12 books and Denis Koch from Lixing-lès-Saint-Avold who has published around fifteen books and collections of poetry. With this event Renée Wilmouth wants to bring together as large an audience as possible to create exchanges.
And attend enriching discussions and discover new literary works.
In addition to the signing sessions, activities will be offered for young audiences. Meet from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Loupershouse multipurpose room. Entrance is free.
