Xiaomi has a new laptop in the form of the Redmi Book 16 2025 ( ). As the name suggests, this model has a screen with a diagonal of approximately 16 inches. Detailed review of the 14-inch predecessor is available for those who want to get an idea of what can be expected from the model to come in terms of design. So far, Xiaomi has only released a general teaser of the new laptop, along with a few details. For example, the autonomy is announced at just over 19 hours, which is not very surprising. In battery tests, the predecessor achieved over 22 hours of video playback with greatly reduced brightness.
The manufacturer says that the Redmi Book 16 2025 will be equipped with the latest Intel processor. Compatibility with HyperOS 2 is announced, which could mean additional functions or seamless integration with other Xiaomi or Redmi devices for easier file sharing. The image presented so far does not show any real differences between the Redmi Book 16 2024 and its future successor.
