A meeting place for science in Hauts-de Seine since 1996, the event Science delivers offers all audiences, of all generations, participatory and free events around science in partnership with associated cultural actors: media libraries, cultural centers, museums, etc.
For fifteen days, the 2025 edition will follow the Women and Science themethus echoing departmental priorities. Open to young audiences, families, adults, school and student audiences, and to all those who love science, the La science se livre meetings have been designed to mobilize young people around scientific questions and encourage vocations.
A day dedicated to youth on February 11, 2025
Highlight of Science is Delivered, a day for youth and solidarity audiences will take place at the Île de Monsieur Departmental Park (Sèvres) on Tuesday February 11, 2025. The morning will be dedicated to the theme Women and Science , while the afternoon will see the Youth Prize award ceremony (see below), as well as participatory workshops around science. Nearly 120 middle school students will be welcomed every half day.
A Literary Prize – two awards – linked to science
Highlighting works of popular science, the Literary Prizes of Science delivers set themselves the objectives of democratizing knowledge, promoting understanding of the world, mobilizing young people around scientific questions while encouraging scientific vocations, particularly among young girls, and supporting the book economy.
The 2025 Youth Prize Science delivers
It will be awarded by 125 middle school students and young people supported by Child Welfare.. Since October and until next February, they have the opportunity to follow the artistic and cultural education course Paths of the Artsin conjunction with colleges, media libraries, and the scientific community. Next one « itinerary of the apprentice sworn »middle school students can thus discover the book chain and be made aware of scientific and technical culture. Participating classes are accompanied by a scientific sponsor of the course.
The winning work will be revealed on February 11, 2025.

The 2025 Public Prize Science delivers
The general public is invited to become a reader-juror and to elect their favorite work. This participatory and citizen prize, aimed at Altoséquanais and aimed in particular at science enthusiasts, will bring together up to 100 readers. Borrowing and reading of the 3 competing works will be organized in conjunction with local media libraries and independent bookstores Libraires en Seine.

- from January 25 to February 15, 2025: registrations open to become a jury reader;
- mid-May 2025: announcement of the winner.
