In the afternoon, the guest of honor Isaure Gratacos, author of the emblematic work “Women in the Pyrenees” will discuss popular traditions in the Pyrenees valleys, their organization and the status of women. Christian Louis will pay tribute to Yves Heurté (1926-2006) who lived in Cierp-Gaud. He was for 35 years a mountain doctor in Haute-Garonne (from 1953 to 1988) and a recognized author whose talent was nourished by his many passions, medicine obviously, but also music, poetry, theater, travel to almost all continents, and…combat sports. This Sunday July 27, 2025, in Frontignan de Comminges, the doors will be open to visitors from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Local catering possible. The public will be able to have lunch with the authors.
