Still as badass, this time she leads a double investigation between Galicia and Madrid, in search of two serial killers: one attacks village women without a history, the other attacks wealthy personalities of the capital… If reading Lucia will allow the public to better understand the explosive and whole personality of the lieutenant as well as her family history, the plot of this new volume is not directly linked to the previous one. Do not panic, therefore, if you wish to embark on The Erased without reading Lucia. For fans of the series and films, it will also be possible to catch up on the first part on screen, since it is currently being adapted, without further information or date for the moment.

And good news: XO editions tells us that there is ” will probably have a volume 3 of the Lucia Guerrero investigations » ! We will have to wait a little longer, however, since Bernard Minier’s next novel will once again be in the company of Martin Servaz… but also Julian Hirtmann, his greatest enemy since the beginning of his series. It was in 2011 that Icethe first successful part then adapted into a series for M6, followed by seven other investigations with the Toulouse cop: The circle, Don’t turn off the light, Nuit, Sisters, The valley, The hunt and the terrifying An eye in the night. Two single novels had also seen the light of day: A fucking story in 2015 and M, the edge of the abyss in 2019 also dealing with artificial intelligence.
