On Sunday, December 8, Acpo will have the pleasure of welcoming, for its 6th “around the book” fair, the famous author, actress and director Julie Gayet who will be the guest of honor at this fair.
Julie Gayet has already traveled through the department when she directed the film “Olympe de Gouge” a woman in the revolution. On December 8, she will present, among other things, her work “Together we are stronger”, “We are not born a feminist, we become one. For this reason, perhaps, I asked myself: What if it was me the scorned woman, the beaten woman, the child prostitute thrown into the street, the patient who suffers from endometriosis, or the activist harassed on the networks, what if it was me? I’m the one being raped or the one being killed?”
There will also be around twenty authors, writers, publishers, illustrators from the Occitanie region who will be happy to present their works to you, all genres combined, youth, thriller, novel, history.
Among the guests, note the presence of Chantal Antunes, author-illustrator who will lead drawing, painting and writing workshops, who is the godmother of this show and Pierre Carayon who occupies chair 19 of the Académie du Languedoc
