The Chalonnais group of Amnesty International organized its 12th second-hand book fair. Several thousand (novels, pocket books, children's books, comics, etc.) were offered for sale at attractive prices. This event was an opportunity to present the actions currently carried out by the group. Several petitions were also proposed for signature.

This second-hand book fair took place on Saturday November 9, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday November 10, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Maison des Syndicats, Rue du Parc, in Chalon-sur- Saône.

It gave rise to approximately 230 to 250 visits for 175 purchasing actions, i.e. 1400 books sold.

More than a third of them were novels, 20% paperbacks, 12% comics and 12% children's books. “That's barely 10% of our stock», specifies Patrice Brenotthe president of the Chalonnais group of Amnesty International.
