“Le Yolin”, a book with as many recipes as there are towns in

Easy-to-cook dishes and local products: these are the main ingredients of Yolin, a recipe book focused on the specialties of . Readers and apprentice chefs will find the winning recipes from a competition, launched at the beginning of the year to enhance the book. There are 259 of them. Yolin was created by Laurent Trochain, starred chef at Tremblay-sur-Mauldre. Of its price, which is close to 20 euros, 5 euros are donated to the Restos du Coeur des Yvelines.
