Before the Christmas holidays, this first Children's Book Fair has Mourning-la-Barre is welcome! 24 authors and illustrators are expected for signing sessions and of many activities are on the program: readings, creative workshops, exhibitions, escape games…
Please note that you will find for this event Tiphaine and her bookstore team Crocolivre from Enghien-les-Bains! On the occasion of the Show, everything will be presented premier “Crocoprix” children's literature. A great idea!
And let's not forget the association's volunteers “Read and make people read” will be present to lead the readings and workshops.
On the other hand, two exhibitions will also be offered: “Behind the scenes of making a book” by “L’École des Loisirs” and “Baby” sign” dedicated to learning sign language for young children, whether they are hearing impaired or not, by the “Departmental Library”
Finally, the Sarbacane publishing house, specialized in original creations, will be in the spotlight.
The town of Deuil-la-Barre reminds us that this event coincides with the International Children's Rights Daycelebrated on November 20.
The Show is open to the general public on November 23 and 24, but students from Deuil-la-Barre schools will discover the Show in preview and middle school students even intend to record podcasts for this occasion!
