The Tourism and Leisure association in Chemillois is organizing its eighth Livres en fête authors of Anjou fair, Sunday November 17. 60 authors, illustrators and publishers from or residing in Maine-et-Loire, or who have written about this region, will meet the public there.

Two talks
As part of a classic fair, they will offer their works for signing and discuss the themes of their works: heritage, history, youth, travel, poetry, novel, thriller, nature, well-being, gastronomy, comics, etc.
In the afternoon, two talks are planned: at 3 p.m., haiku with specialist Valérie Dauphin; at 4 p.m., the world of Roxane Dambre, who is none other than the guest of honor for this 2024 edition. Her fantastic sagas have been rewarded with numerous prizes and translated abroad.
Sa series scorpions notably won the Plume d'or de l'Imaginaire 2017, and was a finalist in the show The French's favorite book of France televisions. It was translated in China. She also writes, in a contemporary style, romantic comedies full of laughter and freshness, under the name Roxane Malone.
On a daily basis, Roxane Dambre shares her passion for writing with young and old authors, through master classes on the Internet and writing workshops.
Finally, all day long, visitors will be able to see an animated exhibition by Michèle and Jean-Claude Garcia, Stories of pen holders .
