Recently, the bookstore La Folle Avoine invited, to Les Fleurines, Nadia Creyssel, author of “He was a Fouace in Aveyron”. A meeting – tasting around his work was on the program. A 5th recipe book for Nadia in which she has brought together numerous testimonies collected in Aveyron. “It’s the most accomplished. I treated it like a storybook,” she emphasized. “It all started 3 years ago with Nicole Fagegaltier who was the first to tell me about her madness. One thing led to another, I found all kinds of characters, people that I met with the heart and who make their fouace. Each one is unique. It is the cake of sharing. It brings together and links every moment of the life of the Aveyron people. After a rich exchange, time was given to the pleasure of the taste buds with the tasting of several fouaces including that of Najac, concocted by the baker Bruno Delmur. The book published by Villefranchoises editions “Toute Latitude” is illustrated with pretty watercolors by Jérôme Cigara. To offer or treat yourself during these approaching holidays. It can be purchased at the La Folle Avoine bookstore.
