Two-level boxes in the book “Our brain at all levels”!

So what can I do in this blog today that wouldn’t take too much of my time while still giving you some scientific content? Perhaps simply take two screenshots of the pdf of the current layout to present our two types of boxes, as described at the beginning of the book:
