Milan is transformed into a huge open-air bookstore. For a week, 1,600 events will take place during BookCity, to explore themes linked to current events, through the prism of literature. The theme chosen for this 13th edition – War and Peace – reflects the urgency of reflection on the current situation, by offering literature to provide keys to understanding conflicts and imagining a peaceful future.
Between deep thoughts and desires, utopias and dystopias, escapes and fights, nightmares and fears, the program addresses all facets in a succession of suggestions, stories and encounters.
