Venice, New York, Barcelona or Dubrovnik question and regulate. And in cities as well as in the countryside, quotas are flourishing.
The overtourismwith the threat it poses to the environment and local populations, has never been more relevant.

This is the first opus of the new collection “Tourism in debate”, created by Jean Viard and Jean-François Barralpresident of the Huttopia Foundation.
