Chile through the telescope

Roman In this short novel delicately written in the first person, Antoine Choplin transports us to Chile. Ernesto is an astronomer at the Quidico Observatory and goes to Santiago to get money to repair a telescope to observe the Tarantula Nebula. He also makes a pilgrimage visit to the Museum of Memory, where there is a photo of his fiancée, Paulina, who disappeared during the Pinochet dictatorship. A woman on a bench catches his eye. Ema also visits the museum regularly. His father, who worked with helicopters, is also there. Ernesto and Ema get to know each other and like each other. Both have painful memories of the 70s in Chile. But not for the same reason.
