The fall of the Western Roman Empire in the 5th century is a subject that has long fascinated historians. But who were the Romans living in Armorica? Were the Romans from Italy and the shores of the Mediterranean numerous? “These are questions often asked by the public,” underlines Jean-Yves Éveillard, specialist in ancient history and lecturer at the University of Western Brittany in Brest.

It is these questions that he wanted to answer by writing this book entitled Romans of Armorica
