Raphaële Granger has been a sophrologist for four years in Lécousse (Ille-et-Vilaine). She offers sophrology sessions but also coaching and brief therapies. She works a lot on stress management and atypical and multipotential profiles. The practitioner has brought together her practical sheets in a guide published in March 2024.
A notebook of introspection
The inner spark is a support intended to work on oneself. A true tool for introspection, it is a book in which the reader can write. Far from being limited to theory, it offers many concrete avenues and exercises to explore. “This introspection notebook is for any adult who needs to take stock of their life,” specifies the sophrologist. However, the book is mainly aimed at women in their forties and fifties.
The book is divided into two parts. Starting from who she is deeply, the reader will be able, in the first part, to define her objectives and remove her blockages. This journey will allow her, in the second part, to dare to believe in herself and to fully blossom. It is a working basis that can be used alone, but the practitioner advises combining it with support in order to get the most out of the tool. “With support, we dig deeper. We make the little flame that is within us shine again to its true value. I see people gradually being reborn, it’s the best recognition for my work” , rejoices Raphaëlle Granger.

A self-published book
Writing this guide is above all a personal need of the practitioner to bring together the information and experiences gleaned throughout her career in business management, then in sophrology. The idea of publishing a piece of writing aimed at his clients and the general public came later. She created her book all by herself through self-publishing, from writing to layout, and made a point of having it printed in France. “The hardest part was daring to press print”, she confides.
The inner spark is on sale at the sophrology office, on the sophrologist's website as well as at the Mary bookstore in Fougères, at the price of €34.90.
