Meeting in mid-December to rule on 16 procedures opened against clubs participating in the FFBB championships, the Management Control Commission made its decisions public.

The Rock in the hard

The CCG mainly sanctioned La Roche Vendée with two victories in the regular season and one in playdowns (if the club participates) in La Boulangère Wonderligue, the first women’s division, due to non-compliance with the validated budget and the obligation to constitution of the reserve fund for the 2023-2024 season. This is accompanied by a fine of 8,000 euros due to exceeding the framework for personnel costs.

RBVC is currently 10th in the standings with only 3 wins and 9 losses. This decision takes him a little further away from the playoffs.

and Charnay also in the sights of the FFBB

The Tarbes club also receives two financial penalties of 10,600 euros combined for “exceeding the personnel cost framework” et “non-compliance with the validated budget and non-compliance with the reserve fund obligation”.

To a lesser extent, Charnay was reprimanded for the same reasons but dismissed.

In NM1, Pays de Fougères penalized with 5 points

In Nationale 1 (NM1), the third men’s division, the sanctions have also fallen.

Among the heaviest, we can note the withdrawal of 5 points in the ranking of phases 1 and 2 of the 2024-2025 NM1 championship for Pays de Fougères due to the presentation of a negative net situation for a club moving into a higher division as well as the production of incomplete or unreliable documents.
