The St. Gallen SVP National Councilor Mike Egger and the FDP woman Lisa Vincenz married on Friday. Egger is now sitting in the National Council with his mother -in -law.
Mike Egger and Lisa Vincenz have been a couple for over a year. Now the St. Gallen SVP National Council and the FDP woman have given themselves the yes word, as they say on Instagram.
The civil wedding took place on May 2 – “in the small family circle”, as it says. Egger and Vincenz only announced their engagement in January. The two want to celebrate the big wedding party in 2026.
Lisa Vincenz is the daughter of St. Gallen FDP National Councilor Susanne Vincenz-Staufacher. That means: Egger will be sitting in parliament with his mother -in -law in the future.
In the comments on Instagram, other politicians also congratulate the newly married couple. “congratulations,” writes FDP Vice President Andri Silberschmidt, for example.
And also from the left, more precisely by Green National Councilor Franziska Ryser, Egger and Vincenz receive congratulations.
Egger, Silberschmidt and Ryser know each other very well anyway. The three lived together in a “political flat share” for several years during the session.
