As a result, the canton created the foundations for a uniform assessment of Tempo 30 applications. The corresponding prescription adjustment is still in the consultation until June 20.
Decide after the summer holidays
The government council will then pass the regulation adjustment and put it in force, the BUWD said. Decisions on pending speed 30 applications in the city of Lucerne and in the country are planned after the summer vacation.
