Martine Camillieri continues her lighting in her little workshop. After Nelly Lacoste and Emma Fredouille, her exploration of the creations made from little turns to the kitchen with Géraldine Lemaître Renault, a culinary author. This weekend, she will present her collection published by Éditions de l’Apure, The Queen-of-Prés, ten ways to prepare it.
“This plant known as the vanilla of the poor, grows near the rivers. There are many in the pole.
