Interrupted at the same time as C8 at the end of February, the successful program “Animals to adopt, new family for a new life” will be rebroadcast from May 25 on TMC, before an unprecedented season expected “soon”, announced the TF1 group on Monday.
Viewers will thus find Sandrine Arcizet and Elodie Ageron, to the helm of this program since 2018 in addition to the “Animals of the 8”, one of the flagship programs of C8 that they presented for 20 years.
“Animals to adopt” plunges behind the scenes of the SPA alongside its employees and volunteers, following cats and dogs from their arrival in a refuge for their adoption.
The show will be rebroadcast on Sunday on TMC, with four episodes already announced for May 25 at 1:10 p.m.
An unprecedented season, currently on filming, will be offered soon, potentially at the start of the school year, TF1 told AFP, praising a “family” program.
Sandrine Arcizet and Elodie Ageron had melted in tears during the last of the “animals of the 8”, broadcast a few days before the end of C8 on February 28.
The channel of the Canal+ group has ceased to issue after the non-renewal of its frequency by the Arcom, the audiovisual regulator.
His eviction of TNT (digital terrestrial television) was largely motivated by the “repeated breaches” of the channel, which has accumulated 7.6 million euros fine because of the slippages of his star Cyril Hanouna, the animator of “Touche pas à mon poste”.
The latter will join the M6 group in September, for two shows on Fun Radio and on the W9 channel.
