An epidemic in Saint-Clair
William does not yet know exactly what Aurore and Nordine suffer. Martin explains to him that they were involved in drug trafficking. William assures his daughter that Uroret and Nordine are in good hands.
Doctors try to understand the origin of the symptoms of Aurore and Nordine.
William joins Martin and tells him that the state of the two police officers is worrying. He needs more information on what they were doing at the time of infection and where they went. Martin told him that they visited an isolated cabin in the middle of a field. William is convinced that the answer is there.
Shortly after, William received a call from Damien, who is right on the scene. He tells her that the cabin is infested with ticks. William and Chloé immediately think of Lyme disease and decide to act quickly.
Chloé calls Alex to tell him about the case of Aurore and Nordine. He offers to come and get her after work, which she accepts.
Manon visits Nordine, who finally woke up. She announces to him that they may have contracted Lyme disease and apologize for their dispute the day before. Aurore also wakes up, but remains very weakened.
William finds Marianne and suggests that he administer antibiotic treatment to Aurore and Nordine, at least as a preventive basis. But Marianne refuses: she prefers to wait for the results of the laboratory and not prescribe a blind treatment. Later, Alex confronts Marianne and told him that he does not like Chloé to work under these conditions, especially in the face of a potentially serious illness. Marianne is affected by her concern, but reassures him: everything will be fine.
When the laboratory results fall, William discovers that it is not Lyme disease. At that time, Noor arrives urgently to ask him to come: Gabriel is sinking. William then thinks that he suffers from the same symptoms as Urorer and Nordine. He orders Noor to go see Marianne immediately: an epidemic is underway in the service, but they still ignore what it is.

-Adam took the number of a young woman
At breakfast, Adam is greeted by his parents who ask him questions about his hangover. They are convinced that Adam and Martial celebrated and tease their son, especially since he has a number written on the arm.
Martial finds Victor to discuss their possible collaboration. But Timothy’s father begins to doubt: he finds Martial a little too presumptuous.
Later, at Spoon, Martial chats with Adam. The latter sent a message to the girl who wrote her number on her arm and offered him an appointment for the same evening. Martial tells him that he spent the night with a brunette met the day before, and that she forgot her lipstick in her car.
For their part, François and Soizic decide to enjoy their evening in a bar.

Mona is sad
Joseph entrusts a letter to Michael, asking her to put her back to Mona, because according to him, she is the only one to have given her a chance.
Bart offers Mona to take his day to digest what happened with Joseph. She is blamed for having been too nice to him.
Joël comes to see her to cheer her up, and Mona is happy with her visit.
Later, when she drinks a glass in the spoon, Bart announces that the police gave her a letter from Joseph. In his missive, the latter thanks Mona for having been present for him and for having welcomed him with kindness. Very moved, Mona is deeply touched by her words.
