A routine analysis carried out by a customer from Lustenberger & Dürst SA revealed the presence of lists in raclette cheese. Contaminated products, available at Coop and Aldi Switzerlandrepresent a potential danger to public health.
Following this discovery, the Federal Office for Food Safety and Veterinary Affairs (OSAV) issued a strict recommendation: it is advisable not to consume the criminal product. Upon notification of contamination, Lustenberger & Dürst SA reacted by removing these products from the shelves and launching a recall procedure.
