The Raal is now evolving in D1A: wolves are promoted and now prepare their season in the elite. It also involves preparing their young people as well as possible.
La Louvière has a few weeks to finalize a real change in dimension: the Raal was promoted in the Jupiler Pro League from its first season in Challenger Pro League, and will therefore now have to stabilize in the elite.
Contract extensions and transfers are beginning, the Tivoli stadium will be inaugurated in June and the Duo Frutos-Verwilghen has bread on the board to compose the core of Frédéric Taquin. But to another level too, there will be new.
-The last hour Confirms thus that the RAAL has decided to integrate a U23 team into the ACFF divisions from next season, as can do all the Pro League clubs if they wish. The Raal U23 will play in D3 A ACFF next season.
The 5th step of our football will thus see the arrival of two new teams of young people, since AS Eupen U23 has been relegated from D2 ACFF. This means that the D3 ACFF will be at 17 instead of 16, because the creation of this new Louviéroise team cannot impact the amounts of the provincial.
This will however be the season of all dangers in 2025-2026 in D3 A ACFF, because there will be 4 direct descendants instead of 3 to compensate this season at 17 and return to 16 from 2026-2027. Young wolves do everything so as not to be part of these relegated!
