David Carle was one of the discussions in the past year, but this promising coach, which some see one day in the National Hockey League (NHL) has chosen to stay in the NCAA.
The 35-year-old man signed a contract extension of several seasons on Monday with the University of Denver, of which he has been a part since 2008. The American has run the male hockey program since the 2018-2019 campaign.

With the success known by Carle, in particular its two national championships, its name began to circulate in the NHL. Half a dozen teams are looking for a head coach.
In recent weeks, Carle would have refused an offer from the Chicago Blackhawks and have met the Anaheim Ducks, according to the journalist of The AthleticPierre Lebrun.
NCAA’s employment safety has certainly convinced the pilot to remain in Denver. In recent years, he has notably led Zeev Buium and Bobby Brink.
