A contested arbitral decision comes to throw disorder on the fight between the Senegalese Muhamed Tafsir Ba to Beirut this Saturday at Beirut Muhamed Krafess on Saturday. While the public and the Ba clan estimated the victory acquired, the referee decided in favor of his opponent, provoking anger and misunderstanding.

As part of an event organized by the Arabian Fights Sports (ACS), the spectators attended a spectacular duel between two seasoned champions. Tafsir Ba, world champion of kickboxing, marked the spirits by sending his opponent to the carpet twice, once again demonstrating his power and his technical precision.
But against all odds, the referee decides to stop the fight after Krafess, in turn, briefly put the Senegalese on the ground. The verdict falls: victory of Muhamed Krafess. A decision that immediately causes stupor in the arena.

The announcement of the result sparked a strong reaction on the Senegalese side. Tafsir Ba coach tried to join the ring to obtain explanations, before being intercepted by the organizers. On social networks, many fans have denounced a blatant injustice and claimed a review of the fight.
Suspended verdict, final decision this Monday
Under pressure, the Director General of ACS announced the provisional suspension of the result pending a re -examination of official images and reports. A final decision will be made this Monday, and could lead to a cancellation of the result or the holding of a revenge fight.
For Tafsir Ba and its supporters, hope therefore remains allowed. THE « Black Lion » could well see his defeat erased … or at least, be allowed to fight again.
